I joined Class People in September 2025 and currently am a Recruitment Consultant supporting schools with their Teaching Assistant and classroom support recruitment.
My role is focused on helping schools find reliable, enthusiastic and committed support staff for a wide range of needs, whether that’s day-to-day cover, long-term support or permanent placements. I work closely with schools to understand exactly what they’re looking for, from general classroom support to more specialist roles, so that we can find people who are the right fit for both the pupils and the wider school team.
I take an honest and consultative approach to recruitment and really enjoy building strong relationships with both schools and candidates. For me, it’s about more than simply filling a vacancy, it’s about understanding the setting, the role and the person, and creating matches that genuinely work.
Outside of work, I’m a trained Personal Trainer and love training at the gym. I’m also a big traveller, an avid reader and a huge sci-fi fan, with favourites including The Alchemist and the Red Rising series. I’m naturally very sociable too, so I love meeting new people, hearing their stories and building relationships- which definitely comes in handy in recruitment!
