Magdalena Mroczkowska

With over seven years’ experience in recruitment and HR administration within fast-paced environments, I bring a strong background in relationship-building, communication and people-focused recruitment.

Since moving into education recruitment, I’ve really enjoyed helping schools find the right people for their teams and supporting candidates in finding roles where they can thrive. I take the time to understand what both sides are looking for, with the aim of creating positive, long-term matches rather than simply filling vacancies.

I’m naturally proactive, approachable and solutions-focused, and I pride myself on being a clear and honest communicator. Supporting local schools and educators is at the heart of my role, and I’m proud to contribute to the high standards and trusted reputation that Class People has built across the Gloucestershire education community.

Outside of work, family is a huge part of my life and I have two children who keep me very busy! I’m originally from Poland and love travelling whenever I get the chance, with Italy being one of my favourite countries to visit.

I also absolutely love cooking with my husband. We’ve been married for 15 years and are still just as in love as when we first met, so spending time together-whether that’s travelling, cooking or simply enjoying family life- is really important to me. When I’m not travelling or in the kitchen, I’m usually reading fantasy fiction or heading to a gig. I’m a huge music fan, and seeing System of a Down and Twenty One Pilots live are definitely up there as some of my favourite gig experiences!

“A little kindness goes a long way.”
