I re-joined Class People in 2025 bringing over seven years of education recruitment experience and having previously managed our Bristol branch and worked across a range of education-focused recruitment roles.
I now work as our Permanent Recruitment Consultant here at Class People, supporting Early Years and education settings with their permanent hiring needs. My role is focused on finding the right long-term fit for both clients and candidates, taking the time to understand what a school really needs from a new team member and what each candidate is looking for from their next move.
I’ve always had a genuine interest in education and also spent two years as a governor at a local primary school, giving me a broader understanding of the challenges schools face when it comes to recruitment, retention and building strong teams. Previously I have also worked within Rec-to-Rec, which further developed my experience in candidate attraction, headhunting and relationship-led recruitment.
I’m passionate about making permanent recruitment feel personal, straightforward and well supported. I have a fierce work ethic, care deeply about delivering a great service and always want both schools and candidates to feel confident throughout the process.
Outside of work, I’m mum to three children, including twins, so life is always full! We love camping, exploring new places and making the most of family days out. I’m also a big drum and bass fan and love anything that involves good music, adventure and making memories with the kids.
