Having worked for Class People since August 2023, I have progressed through the company to Principal Recruitment Consultant. I specialise in connecting passionate early years professionals with fantastic opportunities across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath, North Somerset, and Somerset. I take real pride in building lasting relationships and making sure both settings and candidates find the right fit.
Coming from a high-volume temporary recruitment background, I know how important it is to work efficiently while still making sure every placement is the right one. But for me, recruitment isn’t just about filling roles, it’s about building trust, really getting to know people, and creating opportunities that make a genuine difference. I always bring a friendly, personal approach and am here to support my clients and candidates every step of the way.
I recently achieved my REC Level 3 in Recruitment Practice, further strengthening my expertise within the recruitment industry. I’m passionate about making a positive impact within education and early years, and I’m excited to continue building strong partnerships with settings and professionals while helping Class People grow.
Outside of work, I’m a new cat mum to my little sassy kitten, Mimi, who keeps me very entertained! I love picking up random hobbies out of the blue, and my latest obsessions have been crocheting and baking. I’m also an avid binge-watcher, with my top three shows being Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, and Game of Thrones. And if it’s pink, has a bow, or has cherries on it, there’s a very good chance I’ll love it, bonus points if it has all three!
